Lamm, DomoticThe Confort Moderne published “Labranish Confort EP,” an LP 45 that includes David Balula, O. Lamm and Domotic, three researching brains of French electronica music. The project began in 2005, during the exhibition “Low Fidelity” where works by David Balula were shown on the mezzanine of the Confort Moderne. All the sounds used on this disk are the result of a recording on the site of the Confort Moderne and made up source material for a live-set played by the three artists for the opening of the exhibition. One side of the disk is more “bootsy” with a clear dance-floor inspiration and the other is more abstract and experimental.
